Insurance for Nutrition Services with Zoe Davis

Zoe Davis is considered an Out-Of-Network provider for most insurance companies in WA & NV (for insurance coverage for mental health counseling, see above).

Nutrition clients that are seeking to receive insurance reimbursement for services, can the pay full rate, out-of-pocket, and will be given a receipt to submit to their insurance company.
