Before scheduling, call your insurance plan and verify your Mental Health/Telehealth benefits. Though we can bill your insurance, we can never guarantee coverage.
Zoe Davis is considered an "Out of Network" provider for most insurance companies in Washington state, that are not listed above.
For clients who are not seeking reimbursement from their insurance company, we offer a sliding scale that starts at $125 per session.

Zoe Davis is considered an Out-Of-Network provider for most insurance companies in WA (for insurance coverage for mental health counseling, see above).
Nutrition clients that are seeking to receive insurance reimbursement for services, can the pay full rate, out-of-pocket, and will be given a receipt to submit to their insurance company.
