Nutrition Therapy (Online Only)

Inspired Life Therapy offers online Nutrition Therapy sessions for adults,  and specializes in working with those who:

• want to use nutrition to support mental health and reduce nutrient insufficiencies   
• are looking to create or re-create a healthy relationship with food and nourishment  
• are wanting to prevent dysfunction by addressing bio-individual needs based on genetics, health history, environmental exposures, and stress level (chronic and acute)
• want to be free of the 'diet' mentality to address nourishment on multiple levels through exploring the interdependent relationship of biology, psychology, spirituality, and sociology.

Sessions:

• are about 70 min for the initial appointment, and follow-ups are either 30 or 50 minutes
• Can be scheduled weekly, every other week, or at the level of support you need
